We work exclusively with licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies to ensure every prescription is prepared safely, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
All medications prescribed through our practice are dispensed by the following partner pharmacies:
Each pharmacy we partner with is independently licensed and operates under the oversight of its respective state board of pharmacy. Prescriptions are issued only following a legitimate patient-provider relationship that includes a medical evaluation, review of patient history, and ongoing clinical follow-up where appropriate.
For questions about a specific prescription or pharmacy, please contact our office directly.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they reach patients.
Compounded drugs are not generic equivalents of brand-name medications. While a compounded preparation may contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as an FDA-approved drug, the compounded version is not subject to the same FDA review process.
All compounded medications are dispensed only following:
A clinical evaluation by one of our licensed clinicians
A valid, individualized prescription based on patient-specific clinical need
Verification of patient identity and shipping eligibility
You may verify the licensure status of any pharmacy through the relevant state board of pharmacy or through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy at nabp.pharmacy.
Report adverse events related to any medication to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
